We carefully analyze your Google Analytics account to find where your site performs well and where it needs improvement. Before each evaluation, clients complete a questionnaire so we can learn more about the store’s individual business goals, strategy, pain points, and successes.
Because every store owner may be looking to focus on different types of data, we offer three specialized Google Analytics evaluations:
- Conversion – this analysis looks deep into your traffic and e-commerce data, or simply put, what items and traffic sources are making (or losing) you money. We take an in-depth look at several reports using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) best practices: average order value, total conversions- day of week, goal/funnel visualization, conversion rate, best converting traffic sources, best converting keywords (organic and paid), time to purchase report, products with high bounce rate and top conversion map overlay.
- Content – where are your visitors going when they are on your site? Where are they leaving from? The Google Analytics Conversion evaluation is a comprehensive analysis of your content and navigation data. We take an in-depth look at several reports using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) best practices: content entrance keywords, content entrance paths, top content visits, top exit pages, top pages with highest bounce rate, top performance landing pages (two sections), top performance landing pages (two items) and homepage site overlay. Results from this evaluation will help you optimize your website’s content and overall performance.
- Marketing – are your marketing tactics paying off? This detailed Google Analytics evaluation hones in on your marketing data. We take an in-depth look at several reports using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) best practices: paid keyword performance, organic keyword performance, referring sites, new vs. returning visitors, all traffic visits, map overlay, time of day and more. Analyzing this critical data will help you tweak your marketing strategy.
After each evaluation, a Solid Cactus analytics specialist will hold a follow-up call with you to discuss the evaluation and identify specific areas on your website and/or marketing strategies that could benefit from optimized conversion practices.
Don’t have Google Analytics for your store? Google Analytics is a free tool for any website; however, the default version, when installed on a Yahoo! store, does not contain valuable eCommerce data.
Solid Cactus Google Analytics steps up the already-robust tool a notch by adding the ability to capture data from both your store and cart giving you the ability to track items purchased, order totals, order values, and more.
